Mass shootings are increasing at an alarming rate in the US and abroad. Most Americans are't prepared or protected in unexpected harmful situations. Our company sits at the intersection of Fashion and Aerospace to bring a new era of dual-industry innovation. IconiqAllure is creating next-gen undercover ballistic protection for fashion & athleisure clothing that is flexible and comfortable for everyday wear. Combining aerospace technologies and applying it to the fashion industry redefines the boundaries of the traditional industries that have been considered separate, until now.

Our competitors have ballistic apparel and products that are expensive, standard, or impractical as a more definitive solution. Think bulletproof backpacks & clipboards, and high-end couture.

Our business model consists of online, direct and retail sales, and contracts.

Our go-to-market strategy is broken down into 3 phases. Firs we're providing uniforms to Law Enforcements and using the milestone structured contracts for the consumer launch buildout. Phase II is to provide jackets and outfits for wealthy individuals, celebrities, and politicians. The Law Enforcement portions segues into the private security sector. Celebrities and wealthy individuals precede the everyday user. Phase III is our official launch to the wider public to whom we're providing jackets, outfits, and active wear for parents, kids, school faculty, and others. We'll first bring to market our hard armor. Due to our tiered launch, we expect the hard armor to break-even in 12 to 18 months which provides additional funding for bringing the active wear to market. As a whole we expect to breakeven at the 24-30 month mark, based on market feedback and the potential for profit by the 3rd year.

Here's our expected milestones. We have supplier partner confirmations, and have consolidated research and other documentation to assist the due diligence process. we intend to complete R& D and NIJ certification by June 2020. Then we'll file the IP agreements and begin preparing for the 1st phase launch in November. We're not alone. Exova is sourcing and certifying our hard composites, while FABRIC Tempe is a resource we're using for prototyping and lowered costs.

IconiqAllure is focused on 2 Verticals– one's hard armor for LEO, and the 2nd is soft armor for the $80 Billion athleisure market – starting with high end security to wealthy individuals followed by our main market focus of families. IconiqAllure is bringing Fashionable Aerospace for A Protected Tomorrow.
